Here at Empire Energy, we are one of the few TPI's (Third-Party Intermediaries) that follow and adhere to the Energy Ombudsman ‘Code of Practice’ framework – a set of strict standards within the energy industry that are designed to protect businesses and ensure they are being treated in a fair, responsible and trustworthy way.

The UK Energy Regulator, OFGEM, set-up the Energy Ombudsman in conjunction with the Trust Alliance Group. Their independent, impartial service examines both the rules and regulations and deem what is considered fair and reasonable. The ‘Code of Practice’ is dedicated to helping suppliers and brokers improve their service, processes, and consumer experience to build trust and confidence with clients.
